If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept returns.  Our return policy is listed below.

Kottage Krafts will accept returns within 5 days of receipt of your order.  Unused items will need to be shipped back to our office and there will be a 20% restocking fee added.  Once returned, we will evaluate the product. If we deem it returnable, we will then issue a refund for the purchase price less 20%.
